आता रजणीकांत चे घ्या इतकं वय झाले तरीही अजूनही साऊथ मध्ये सुपरहिट ठरणारा अभिनेता वयाने जरी म्हातारे झाले असले तरी प्रेक्षकांच्या नजरेत अजूनही ते हिरोच आहेत आणि राहणार आहेत. रजनीकांत याची लोकप्रियता इतकी आहे की लोक त्याला देव मानतात. या अभिनेत्याचे वय आता ६९ वर्षे इतके झाले आहे.

साऊथ मधील सुपर हिट ठरलेला हा अभिनेता तसेच निर्माता आहे. वयाने जरी म्हातारा होत चालला असला तरी अजूनही तो प्रेक्षकांच्या मनावर आपले स्थान टिकवून आहे. त्यांचे वय ५९ आहे. चार वेळा राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार या अभिनेत्याला मिळाले आहेत आणि एक सर्वश्रेष्ठ फिल्म पुरस्कार मिळाला आहे. तसेच अजूनही पुरस्कार मिळाले आहेत. त्याचप्रमाणे त्यांना पद्मश्री या नावाने ही पुरस्कृत केले आहे. ह्यांचा नवीन सिनेमा म्हणजे लोकांसाठी सण उत्सव.
